Terms for using Upsy.
These terms cover your use of upsy.sh. By using Upsy, you agree to them.

The service
Upsy combines status information published by third-party service providers. It is an informational tool, not an emergency, monitoring, incident-response, or service-level-guarantee system.
Accuracy and availability
Status information may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or wrong because providers control the underlying sources. Upsy may change, suspend, or stop any part of the service. Use the relevant provider's official incident page before making a critical operational decision.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with Upsy, bypass access controls, overload the service, or use it unlawfully. Reasonable use of public dashboards and links is welcome.
Third parties
Provider names, marks, status pages, and linked sites belong to their owners. Upsy is not endorsed by or affiliated with those providers unless stated otherwise. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Warranty and liability
Upsy is provided as available, without guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Upsy is not liable for losses caused by relying on a status result or by the service being unavailable. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Privacy and changes
The privacy policy explains data handling. These terms may change when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to hello@upsy.sh.
